Welcome
My family emigrated to Great Britain in the late 50's. I grew up in the South East of England and spent a few years in Northern Ireland. Eventually married a great British man, and now, three sons and six grandchildren later, there is time for me to be able to indulge and enjoy favourite past-times.
As the years progressed, gardening became more of a pleasure than a bore, Taking family photos has also been more enjoyable. Holidays are now an opportunity to document people and places in a much more personal manner.
I found I had (and still have!!) many gaps in my skills and knowledge of photography. This has led me to enrol in courses as a way of coming to grips, firstly with my compact digital camera, and now with my new SLR. There is, and there will continue to be for me, a steep learning curve in such a taxing but rewarding hobby.
I hope you enjoy seeing my photography and if you have any question or comment you wish to make, do not hesitate to contact me.
